We are on site 24-hours a day and our site is monitored by CCTV, so your pet's security is assured at all times.

All of our residents will receive daily walks, time to play and lots of attention from our highly experienced staff. It wont be just you that is on holiday!

You can be assured that your dog is in safe company as we make all relevant checks on each and every one of our residents.
We Fully Understand That Every Dog Is Different.
Some dogs like to socialise, some like to be left alone. Some dogs have specific dietary needs and some may have medication to take. At Ellehcim, we fully understand this and our carefully considered booking form will ensure that your dog gets the individual attention he / she needs to feel right at home.
Our luxury dog boarding kennels are located in Thorpe Thewles, near Stockton, Teesside and are in easy reach of Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, County Durham, Darlington and Sedgefield.
Prices.
1st Dog - £27.00 per night
2 Dogs Sharing - £39.00 per night*
3 Dogs Sharing - £49.00 per night*
4 Dogs Sharing - £59.00 per night*
5 Dogs Sharing - £69.00 per night*
*Based on sharing.
If collection is made between 9:30am and 11:00am, no charge will be made for that day.
Collections after 11:00am will be charged based on a full nights stay according to the amount of dogs as above.

All bookings must be made via phone call, text message or what's app.
All bookings require a 40% deposit upon booking, bookings without deposit are not secure.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Important (Please read carefully)
- Check in from 11:30am to 3pm, unless prior arrangement is agreed by management. Failure to adhere to these times will result in charge added on a per dog basis as listed in our prices (before 11:30 am or after 3pm)- no exceptions.
- Check out between 9:30 & 11am strictly, unless pm collection is arranged upon booking only. Failure to adhere to times will result in charge added on a per dog basis as listed in our prices
- Pm collections must be arranged upon booking only between 1pm & 5pm, charged on per dog basis as listed in our prices.

On The Day of Arrival.
- Terms and conditions should be read through and signed.
- Please bring the fully completed booking form along with a valid vaccination card. Your pet must be up to date with its yearly booster including kennel cough vaccine.
- Please ensure your form is fully completed before arrival on check in day.
- You may bring your dogs beds or toys, but please do not bring leaders as we provide our own, this saves any items from being mislaid, we do not accept any responsibility for items you bring including bedding and toys.
- Items are brought in at the owners risk only. We do not hold any responsibility at all for lost property.
- Payment of full balance must be paid on arrival of stay.
